Replenish and Rest
A gentle yoga class with a focus on slow, intentional movement. The classes often incorporate some simple breath work and always an extended rest.

Monthly Rest Club
Restorative Yoga sessions to nurture the body and mind. You will explore sequence of fully held and supported postures, allowing the body to drop down into an active rest state leaving you refreshed and energised.

Pregnancy & Post Natal Yoga
Gentle and empowering classes that allow you to honour and appreciate the changes happening in your body. Each class will explore stabilising and strengthening movement, pelvic floor exercises and breath work with rest woven through.
All classes at Nurture Yoga are accessible, and open to people of all shapes, sizes and abilities. This means that accommodations like chairs and props, and variations of poses are offered to suit your needs.

Hi, I'm Anna
I am a 200hrs qualified yoga teacher and 80hrs trained pregnancy and post natal yoga teacher. I have nearly finished my 300hrs training too. I love learning.
As a reformed chronically busy person, I was always tending to the next thing on my never-ending to do list, struggling to relax.
Yoga has taught me how to slow down and lean into rest as invaluable and empowering practice that recharges my energy. The more intentionally I rest the more energy I have for the more physical aspects of yoga, ensuring I stay strong.
My aim with Nurture Yoga is to help more of you to take the time to allow rest into your life and carry on living the life you love through online yoga, and sessions in and around Nottingham.
